Happy at school

Today marks the day she becomes happy going to school. The very first time she actually doesn't cry or make any mess at door or when seeing educators knowing that daddy or mummy is going to leave here there. She wakes up late but starting the day happily with daddy playing the game "Why is there a rock here? No, it's me!". She then dresses up for the photoshoot and perhaps that is a good reason to be happy

Picking up the language

At month 30, Rosalie starts showing signs of the immersion to the second language she heard people speaking at school. It's not only about separate words, now she can speaks continuously, telling made-up stories about toys and things she has or rollplaying. She sometimes repeats games playing with friends at school, for example 'seek and hide' or everyday conversations. Though she doesn't speak clearly but tonation and word usage are unmistakably natural. That's amazing!

Babycino

This is Rosalie's first coffee out with daddy. Mummy dropped Rosalie and daddy in the busiest street in town before going to work on the last day of the year. Daddy brings her to a terrace café and orders a babycino for Rosalie and a long black for himself. The waitress kindly brings pencils and paper for Rosalie to accompany her first morning coffee out with daddy. Rosalie enjoys "the wheels on the bus" comming every 10 mins and her first sip of the so-called *-ccino thing to say goodbye to her first year in Oz

Christmas day 2017

It marks Rosalie's fifth month in Oz and she seems to have been a long way adapting to her new habitat. She is basically happy going to school everyday, eating all types of food, playing around, screaming. Throwing things to the floor is her favorite. She also picks up the language quite fast. Educators at childcare center said that she now sings better than them. On the Christmas day, she starts saying full sentences to express her idea in English, extremely happy with a lot of gifts from Santa and auntie Carol - the neighbor joining her for breakfast and talking to her the entire day.

I love you Santa!

This is real me!
